Serving as a channel between source and self, Shalene’s mission is to promote self healing and balancing of physical, mental and emotional energies. Deeply passionate about all things holistic, Shalene offers Reiki sessions as wells as Reiki level I, II and Master training.

Acupuncturist (R. Ac) 

Zef is registered with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO). As a graduate of an Advanced Diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Ontario College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (OCTCM) in Toronto, Huzefa benefited from knowledge and practice of TCM in its many forms and modalities, from acupuncture, tuina, cupping, guasha, qigong and moxibustion to functional nutrition and herbology.

Huzefa specializes in Hijama (wet-cupping) and bloodletting for many conditions such as pain management, systemic issues, and post-stroke rehab, needling focused on superficial fascial lines for postural adjustments and stubborn, chronic pain, and scalp acupuncture for mental/ emotional ailments manifesting as physical symptoms.
